Our goal is to equip students with STEM skills that will not only make them qualified at work, but also help them in their personal schoolwork. We achieve this by sending instructors to schools, libraries, or other institutions to lead workshops teaching various skills. And we are very flexible and will tailor the workshop content and timing for the grade level. See our offerings below...
Learning the basics of Arduino is a great stepping stone for students to be able to make amazing projects in college and innovative systems at work and home.
Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) is an undermentioned tool for automating tedious tasks in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access. Not only will knowing VBA empower students in industry and school, but even in their personal lives. (I used VBA to speed up making a slideshow at my sister's wedding!)
Students use easy CAD tools to create simple 3D shapes. They learn how digital designs become real objects with 3D printing, a skill that is necessary for modern prototyping and also for making handy accessories and tools.
Students will build an electromagnet and, depending on grade level, can take apart an actual small DC motor. This will make them understand very important concepts of relating to energy generation.
AI Image Recognition model training is a modern skill becoming more and more used in capstone projects and in various parts of industry. Self-driving cars, for example!
As the world's technology changes, we need to be able to adapt our students' education. We are developing more workshops on practical topics. Reach out for more information or if you want to request a specific topic.
